Our methodology, briefly
Every Kithwise service begins with a short intake conversation to understand your household or organisation's context. Sessions then follow a structured sequence that adapts in pace to the people involved. We close every session with a handover review and a tangible deliverable — the thing you actually take away. Follow-up is included for household clients.
Intake & Context
A short conversation before the session to understand your situation, the documents or topics involved, and what you want to walk away with.
Active Session
The working phase, paced to your household or team. For filing: sorting and labelling together. For workshops: guided practice with real scenarios.
Handover & Follow-up
A closing review of what was completed and what was produced. Household clients receive a follow-up check-in within two weeks.
Thread-Together Filing Session
A supportive, practical session that helps a household weave its scattered documents into one clear, well-labelled system. The Kithwise facilitator works alongside you — sorting, categorising, labelling — using a sequence designed around how families actually retrieve things day-to-day. A folder kit and simple document index are included.
This service is purely organisational. No documents are interpreted, no legal conclusions are drawn. Everything is put in order — and the order belongs to you.

Woven Words Communication Workshop
An educational workshop sharing general tools for considerate, clear communication between family members during a time of change. Kithwise shares frameworks — not prescriptions — and participants practice applying them to realistic situations in a guided, supported environment.
This workshop is general education. It is not individual counselling, mediation, or therapy. It does not replace professional therapeutic support when that is what a family needs.

Facilitator Training Advisory
A B2B advisory that helps organisations build their internal capacity to deliver family-organisation and communication workshops. Kithwise provides the full training package — materials, session guides, and a delivery framework — and supports your team through an initial facilitated delivery before handing over completely.
This advisory covers education and operations only. It does not prepare facilitators to give legal, financial, or clinical advice. The delivery framework is designed to be used independently after training is complete.
