1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services offered by Kithwise, registered at 12 Phetkasem Road, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan 77110, Thailand ("Kithwise", "we", "us", "our"). By booking or attending any Kithwise service, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Nature of Services

Kithwise provides general education, document organisation support, and communication workshops. Our services are non-regulated and educational in character. We do not offer:

• Legal advice or legal representation of any kind
• Financial advice or regulated financial services
• Psychological therapy, counselling, or clinical support
• Mediation services in any formally recognised legal capacity
• Any service that constitutes regulated professional activity under Thai law or any applicable jurisdiction

Nothing said or provided by Kithwise during any session, workshop, or advisory constitutes professional advice on which you should rely without seeking independent qualified guidance where appropriate.

3. Services Offered

Kithwise currently offers the following services:

• Thread-Together Filing Session — A practical document organisation session for households. Includes a folder kit and a simple index. Priced at ฿3,500 per session.
• Woven Words Communication Workshop — A general educational workshop on family communication during periods of change. Includes guided practice and a participant handbook. Priced at ฿10,500 per group.
• Facilitator Training Advisory (B2B) — An advisory service for organisations wishing to train facilitators to deliver family-organisation and communication workshops independently. Includes training materials and a delivery framework. Priced at ฿31,500 per engagement.

Service descriptions are provided for general information purposes. Kithwise reserves the right to adjust the content, format, or scope of any service at its discretion, provided that any material changes to a booked session are communicated to the client in advance.

4. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings are accepted by email or telephone. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Kithwise. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion, in which case any deposit paid will be returned in full.

For B2B engagements, a written agreement or order confirmation may be required prior to commencement. Verbal agreements are not binding on Kithwise.

5. Payment

Full payment or an agreed deposit is due prior to the start of any service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Kithwise is not responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs incurred by clients in making payment.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The following cancellation terms apply to individual and household bookings:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session: full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled session: 50% of the session fee will be retained.
• Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the scheduled session, or non-attendance without notice: no refund.

Kithwise may reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer the earliest available alternative date. If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be issued.

For B2B engagements, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be set out in the relevant written agreement.

7. Conduct and Participation

Kithwise sessions are intended to be calm, constructive, and respectful. We ask all participants to engage courteously with our staff and with other attendees. Kithwise reserves the right to end a session early or decline future bookings where a participant's behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during Kithwise sessions — including handbooks, worksheets, framework documents, and training packs — remain the intellectual property of Kithwise unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Materials are provided for the personal or organisational use of the client and may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or adapted without prior written consent from Kithwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kithwise provides its services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not accept liability for:

• Any decisions made by a client or their family based on information or materials provided during a session
• Any outcome, result, or change in circumstance arising from participation in a session
• Any loss, damage, or expense resulting from reliance on session content as professional advice
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Privacy

Kithwise handles your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept our data practices as described in that policy.

11. Cookies

Our website uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of that policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

13. Changes to These Terms

Kithwise may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify active clients. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
